Over the years, I have learned that getting back into shape by tackling weight loss is much easier said than done. I have been on a personal health journey to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and positive body image for the past few years now. At this point, I feel like I am on a roller coaster: the moment that I feel that I am doing the things to move myself in the right direction, I step on the scale or look in the mirror only to see that I was totally wrong.

I do the healthy eating. I do the physical activity. I complete all of the steps of my health and wellness plan over and over again. However, it seems that no matter what I do, the results are just not there in the way that I would like them to be. This is especially true when it comes to particular areas of my body.

In tackling weight loss, my midsection could certainly use some extra help. Part of me believes that it is hereditary, since all of the women on my mother’s side of the family have the same appearance in their abdomen area after they reach a certain age. Even when I notice other areas of my body becoming smaller and more defined, those two areas seem to either be stagnant or getting larger. In fact, if my clothes could talk, they would probably say, “Oh my gosh: what are you doing – fix this!

Sometimes, all of the diets and all of the workouts may not be enough to achieve the results that are desired. That definitely seems to be the case for me. As a result, I’m looking into taking things up a notch by checking out SculpSure.

SculpSure is the world’s first FDA-cleared laser treatment for non-invasive lipolysis of the flanks and abdomen. It is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for the reduction of stubborn fat in areas such as the abdomen and love handles. The 25-minute procedure destroys up to 24%1 of treated fat cells without surgery. The best part is that results may be seen as early as 6 weeks following treatment as the body begins to evacuate the destroyed fat cells, with optimal results usually seen at 12 weeks.

From what I can tell so far, SculpSure appears to have a lot of great benefits that would work for me in tackling weight loss. Summer is approaching fast, and I want to look and feel better in my summer clothes. I don’t want to look like a model, but I do want to get back to my old self again!

Getting Back into Shape by Tackling Weight LossSculpSure is ideal for people with trouble spots, particularly those that seem resistant to diet and exercise.
