That is why the National Pork Board (NPB) has teamed up with celebrity chef Richard Ingraham for ‘The Taste of Now’ campaign, aimed at creating awareness of pork’s unmatched flavor and now value. Chef Ingraham is responsible for the flavorful, well-balanced diets and meal planning of celebrities including NBA superstar Dwyane Wade.
“There is no better time than now to cook and enjoy pork,” said Chef Ingraham. “It’s my favorite protein to cook with because of its rich flavor, versatility and healthy options.”
Whether you are celebrating the Big Game, creating Valentine’s Day dinner for two, or enjoying family meal time, pork will surely make a statement on your table.
As part of the National Pork Board’s ‘The Taste of Now’ campaign, Chef Ingraham features two new mouthwatering recipes on the website PorkBeInspired.com: Oven-Roasted Back Ribs and Garlic-Mustard Pork Roast.

Richard Ingraham is currently and has been Dwyane Wade’s private chef since 2005. The combination of his world-class training, recognitions, and passion for fine cuisine and spirits has allowed him to create a network of Private Chefs called ChefRLI, that serves a plethora of NBA, NFL, MLB, entertainment personalities as well as corporate clients across the country.
