My kids and I always have a great time with LEGO! We attended the sold-out LEGO KidsFest on its Missouri stop at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis this weekend and I must tell you: it was SO much fun!! We were in awe as we walked amongst LEGO models big and small, murals, and best of all some of our favorite characters!

What I loved most about the LEGO KidsFest was that it was much more than just expertly-built models. It was an environment that encouraged exploration and imaginative play! The carpeted areas LEGO brick piles were some of the were some of the largest amounts of bricks I had ever seen! There were LEGO car racing ramps, art galleries, reading stops, and even a challenge zone of fun competitions for the entire family.

Not only was the LEGO KidsFest kid-friendly, it was parent-friendly, too! You could not walk too far without seeing a large area of comfortable chairs dedicated for parents to rest on while watching their kids at play. Some even included special stands for snacks and beverage machines. A ‘Lost Parent Zone’ was also in place for those who became separated from their parent or child. Lots of friendly staff members were on hand to help parents find their way around, or even give kids some helpful brick-building tips.
