Today marks the beginning of Lent season. And while there are those who feel that the six-week period is restricted only to certain religions, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, the season of Lent is one that people of all religions, cultures, and backgrounds can practice in their own lives, as the season can cultivate many areas of self-awareness and personal development in a great way.
